Trainers and Assessors
We deliver programmes to develop trainers and assessors; this includes City & Guilds Learning and Development A2, A1 and V1 awards. Our programmes offer all-through training, assessment, verification and accreditation. We are happy to work in partnership with client companies to deliver some, or all, of the services associated with NVQ accreditation.

Skills Assessor - A2:

• Basic intensive programmes can be varied to meet company needs.
• Programme fully integrated with company requirements.
• Support for assessment materials for ‘end-of-line’ candidate where needed.
• All-through programme of training, assessment and portfolio-building to completion.
• Portfolio is collected by our trainer/assessor for subsequent verification and accreditation.

Vocational Assessor - A1:

• Variety of intensive programme formats designed to complement company assessment system requirements.
• Support for assessment materials for ‘end-of-line’ candidate where needed.
• All-through programme of training, assessment and portfolio-building to completion.
• Portfolio is collected by our trainer/assessor for subsequent verification and accreditation.

Internal Verifier - V1:

• Variety of intensive programme formats designed to complement company assessment system requirements.
• Support for company quality management and verification system where needed.
• All-through programme of training and workplace assessment.
• Assessment record collected by our trainer/assessor for subsequent verification and accreditation.

Train the Trainer

• Five day course giving a practical introduction to the skills required to be a trainer, incorporating the City & Guilds certificate in training skills (L9/10).

Develop the Trainer

• Two day workshop exploring issues outside of training delivery, including learning needs analysis, developing materials, learning theory and training evaluation.  Ideal for trainers looking to enhance their skills and/or undertake NVQ Learning and Development Level 3.

Training and Presenting in the Workplace

• Two day in-depth programme dealing with design, development and delivery of training programmes and sessions for interactive group learning. Can lead to City & Guilds NVQ awards Training and Presenting in the Workplace or Skills Training in the Workplace.
