Learning and development programmes
We offer all-through training, assessment, verification and accreditation for City & Guilds Learning and Development NVQ assessor (A1 and A2) and verifier (V1) awards. Management qualifications
Every manager is different, but all need core managerial skills and knowledge.
We can help you prove your competence against the MSC Management and Leadership national occupational standards which reflect best practice in Management.
Our Management NVQ Centre is approved by the Chartered Management Institute.
We offer individual programmes for the development of managers in the workplace and contract with companies rather than private individuals so that we can address the interests of both. We cater for experienced managers who need to accredit their competence in the job and new and inexperienced managers who need training and development to enhance their performance in the job. Health and social care NVQ's
FCT works with the adult social care sector to provide high quality NVQ training and assessment, mandatory training and tailored programmes.

Employability qualifications
Employability skills are the essential skills necessary for obtaining, keeping and doing well in a job. They are the skills that all employers, regardless of industry, will look for in their existing and potential employees. FCT offers the City & Guilds Award and Certificate in Employability and Personal Development (7546) at Entry Levels 2 and 3 and Level 1.
