We cater for experienced managers who need to accredit their competence in the job as well as new and inexperienced managers who need training and development to enhance their performance.
Our programmes are designed for working managers and complement in-house training and development provision. Some qualifications draw on the day-to-day activities of a manager to demonstrate competence, while others involve written assignments.
FCT provides development on the basis of a specific agreement with the client company and can include elements that go beyond the Management and Leadership standards, such as self-development, continuous professional development (CPD) or assessor training. Coaching and mentoring qualifications are also available to complement this offer.
