Health and Social Care NVQs
FCT works with the adult social care sector to provide high quality NVQ training and assessment, mandatory training and tailored programmes.
NVQ Programmes for care organisations include:
- NVQ Levels 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care.
- NVQ Level 4 Leadership and Management for Care Services.
Short Course Programmes for care organisations include:
- Food Hygiene
- First Aid
- Health and Safety (where required can include Risk Assessment)
- Risk Assessment (where required can include Health and Safety)
- Manual Handling
- Report Writing
- Dementia Training
We only employ trainers and assessors who have extensive recent experience in the care profession, and who have a genuine commitment and passion to work alongside care staff to develop each individual and meet the organisation’s aims and objectives. We will identify and actively support individual learning styles to deliver a person centred training programme. The programmes will enable the individuals to take responsibility for their own learning to maximise their experience.
