Funding
FCT has an excellent track record of accessing funding to support training and assessment initiatives.
We use this expertise to offset the cost of routine services to clients and access European and British Government funding initiatives for a variety of specific projects. Our numerous quality kite marks and accolades, such as Beacon status, Matrix accreditation and TQS (Part A and B) certification, put FCT in an excellent position to win Government funded contracts.
We keep abreast of funding initiatives, their associated requirements and success criteria and we are able to offer support for the following:
- Developing project partnerships.
- Preparing and submitting proposals.
- Managing funded programmes.
- Making interim and final claims.
We are happy to work in partnership with client companies to deliver some, or all, of the services associated with accessing and managing external funding.
Train to Gain
Train to Gain is the national skills service that supports employers of all sizes and sectors to improve the skills of their employees as a route to improving their business performance.
Train to Gain can help your business to:
- get the essential skills to boost your business performance;
- improve your business efficiency and increase profits; and
- help your staff grow in motivation and confidence.
We currently hold Train to Gain contracts with the LSC in London, the West Midlands and the East of England.
Please note we are not limited to these areas – with agreement of the LSC, FCT can access this funding for employers outside of these areas.
We are able to fund programmes in Transportation, Engineering, Business Administration, ITQ, Health and Social Care and Construction.
